Palmswap aims to build a leading on chain Perpetual DEX on Binance smart chain. With unique ideas and a powerful team our mission is to convince crypto users of decentralized perpetuals. We are a team of experienced Perpetual traders and developers working together to create new solutions for the DeFi space.

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to support our rapid growth. You will work closely with Palmswap developers, marketing team, community managers, and external ecosystem partners, and you are responsible for implementing/overseeing marketing activities. The ideal candidate is a talented growth hacker/lead and has had a strong impact on growth in at least one company.

Your Role:
  • Establishment and expansion of a global business strategy
  • Identify and implement measures to reach new consumer groups, markets and marketing channels to increase user adoption of our Trading platform
  • Oversee marketing materials as well as strategies to increase brand awareness both online and offline
  • A strong focus on achieving goals and keeping the rest of the team on track to move forward successfully
  • Create, design and analyze marketing and community campaigns
  • Growth focus on community
  • Write, curate and respond to posts on social media and manage content calendars
  • Execute media and PR activities to grow our global presence
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports on our business/marketing efforts
  • Developing an affiliate- and grant program
Requirements:
  • Independent worker and team leader
  • Have previous experience in other DeFi business development projects
  • Exceptional communicator between C-level and marketing team
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Excellent marketing and communication strategy skills
  • Has experience with or interest in managing and growing a customer base
  • Represents the values of the company and is a key member of the team

You'll work directly with the founding team. This is essentially a "jack of all trades" role and ideally you're looking forward to wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing startup environment.
