What you will do

• Own full recruitment process including interview and feedback
• Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging traditional and non-traditional creative recruiting tools
• Build strong relationships with hiring leaders & strive to understand their business need
• Stay relevant on industry trends and new developments
• Ensure our candidates have a stellar Concept Art House interview experience from first contact through to onboarding
• Constantly maintain excellent communication on recruiting effort status with the Talent team and hiring leaders
• Maintain data integrity and report metrics as needed

What skills you will need

• 5+ years of experience full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high growth environment -prior game, art production, in-house and agency blend, is a plus
• You are both process oriented and adaptable business needs change
• Successful track record recruiting and filling assigned roles at varying levels within the company
• You work best in dynamic remote business environments and thrive on your ability to meet and exceed your business partners' expectations
• Practiced experience developing consultative relationships with hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
• Professional and creative communication skills
• Solid experience with applicant tracking systems
• Passion and understanding of NFTs, and/or blockchain technology
• Positive high energy & passion for recruiting
