As a User Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to Chainlink users, enabling them to use Chainlink services to achieve their business objectives.

In this role, you’ll partner with customers to develop and execute success plans, remove organizational and technical barriers, and identify opportunities to help customers expand their use of Chainlink services. You will recommend best practices and organizational changes to accelerate their onboarding and integration plans. In addition, you will act as a customer advocate when working with cross-functional teams to ensure we’re working in the best interests of our customers.

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
