• Review APP & Web requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute Manual scripts using internal Manual framework and system
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track all bugs
• Perform thorough Regression testing for APP when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet business needs
• Liaise with internal teams, i.e. Developers and Product Managers to identify and monitor debugging process results
• Track QA metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies 

• At least 7+ years of working experience performing APP Manual software-related testing 
• Hands-on APP + Web testing experience with both white box and black box testing
• Web/Mobile Full-stack Manual testing experience 
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Familiar with writing at least one scripting language-  Python, Ruby, or Java
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Has interest & talent on Product analysis hacking mindset
• Fluent English level with basic Chinese speaking skill 
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
• Bonus: Experience in performance or security testing, 20-30% automation framework design and implementation
