About You

Galaxy Digital is seeking a detail oriented, process & control minded experienced operations professional to join our rapidly growing organization. You will need to be able to function in an environment that is constantly changing and always on (the crypto market is 24/7).

On a given day at Galaxy, you will:

• Support Galaxy Digital’s Central operations
• Report to the Global Financial Controller
• Work in a fast-paced environment with daily interaction across multiple business units
• Process cash and digital asset transfers
• Ensure operational processes are fully documented, tested and adequately supported
• Identify operational control gaps and suggest process improvements
• Respond to inquiries from counterparties, custodians and brokers
• Administer Finance systems including NetSuite, Blackline & Smartview

You've worked hard for:

• 4+ years experience in accounting, finance or financial operations (cash operations, billing / invoicing, etc)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and multitask
• Flexible
• Self-starter with a strong desire to make processes more efficient
• Able to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
• Track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results
• Organized
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – work prioritization, planning, task delegation and coordination across functional teams
• An outgoing individual with a strong work ethic and a great attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounting and reconciliation systems
