Are you self-driven, motivated, and love conceptualizing the crypto space? We are looking for a proactive Research Director of Content to lead the editorial research strategy covering staking markets and stakeable assets.

The position is fully remote, but restricted to CET +/- 6

Optimally you can take the following responsibilities:

• Lead weekly industry-leading staking newsletter
• Conceptualize staking market data and develop actionable metrics
• Produce quarterly Staking Market Reports
• Write whitepaper of financial staking products
• Oversee editorial research team, and ensure high standards of all publicly-facing content
• Establish & ensure standards of unique investment research incl. staking guides, and data-driven theses.

You will find it easier to do your job if you have the following qualities. Needless to say, none of these qualities supersede your intellectual and professional curiosity:

• Strong expertise around crypto, DeFi, and staking markets
• Passion for Data, Maths, and in-depth research
• Experience engaging with Twitter Audience
• Experience working with a professional research boutique
