Solcial is a decentralised social network on Solana, we're building a platform that allows anyone to share content in a fully permissionless way, avoiding censorship, and that rewards users and content producers in a fair manner. A truly open crypto platform for social networking and monetisation.
We are a globally distributed team of blockchain enthusiasts and we're looking for a marketing manager to join our team.
Location: Anywhere (fully remote).
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create and execute marketing strategies to grow our community - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand adoption - Develop and implement creative activities, marketing, methodologies and processes to increase engagement and virality - Work with external product, business, marketing and community teams to build a thriving ecosystem - Writing content and sending newsletters - Reaching out to KOLs and influencers - Studying trends and implementing ways to increase engagement rate and impressions - Managing social media ad campaigns - Training of new staff and volunteer mods - Monitor metrics and reports on community growth
SKILLS REQUIRED: - You must have had experience in crypto marketing, by having launched previous crypto projects or campaigns before. - Experienced with Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. - Native English speaker with excellent communication skills - Detail-oriented - Good understanding of blockchains and cryptocurrencies. Keeping up with the latest trends in the space. - Commitment to continued growth and insight into growth hacking - Naturally driven curiosity to benchmark and adapt to new trends - Highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills - Be able to work weekends
