Constellation Network is looking for a full-time governance coordinator to join our team. You will be a core team member building and promoting the governance of our open-source distributed systems infrastructure. The Governance Coordinator has a direct impact on the trajectory of our layer 0 distributed ledger technology through the governance process. The governance coordinator is a point person for our global community and attracts new talent and partnerships by ensuring high technical and value-driven standards within the HGTP ecosystem. They will contribute to the writing, editing, and sponsoring of Governance Proposals within the ecosystem.

Over the last five years, Constellation has developed an alternative blockchain network and Layer 0 infrastructure technology, called Hypergraph, which is faster, cheaper, and more secure than traditional blockchain infrastructure. Constellation is also the first vertically stacked ecosystem, including a Layer 0 base-layer decentralized network infrastructure, application support and documentation to help developers build flexible web 3 applications, the Lattice Gateway for projects in our ecosystem to market their technology and cryptocurrency, and a hardware division featuring the Dor Traffic Miner, or DTM.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong background in distributed systems technology
• Solid understanding of existing infrastructure governance models
• Familiarity with writing technical or process-based design documents
• Experience with managing multi-stakeholder interests while maintaining process
• Ability to draw and expand upon a wide network in the blockchain industry

Nice to Have

• Interest in emerging technologies
• Knowledge of crypto industry specific communication >
• Background in ETH, BTC, SOL or TEZOS governance
• Experience with customer oriented project management, business development, entrepreneurship or a related field
• Open source contributions

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $130k – $150k
• Possible compensation split with equity range of: 0.01% – 0.1%
