BlockFi is looking for aLoan Servicing Analystto join our growing Client Success team.

We’re excited to announce we’re hiring our next class of Loan Servicing Analysts who will join us in continuing to deliver world-class client service.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Managing loan client communication throughout the lifecycle of a client’s loan journey
• Triaging and executing inbound client requests via phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshooting and resolving client issues and pain points while identifying patterns and proposing scalable solutions
• Engaging current and prospective retail lending clients with targeted outbound initiatives
• Aligning with leadership regularly to discuss and optimize account strategy and share client feedback across functions
• Demonstrating a proactive mindset, constantly thinking ahead and anticipating client needs and/or concerns, while keeping their business goals top-of-mind

What You Should Have:

• 0-2 years of industry experience in a client-facing role
• A growing understanding of blockchain technology and crypto assets
• Eagerness to learn and help BlockFi scale
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excitement to work in an early-stage company and have a high impact on the future of the company’s growth
• Commitment to providing exceptional, world class Client Service
• A high attention to detail across work streams as specifics are vital to excellent client experience and overall success in role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client-driven, fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete and deliver required work within BlockFi service level agreements
• Above all else: strong attention to detail, hard working, and willing to get things done!
• Additional language skills are a plus
