Job duties:

• Responsible for researching and designing the basic financial structure of financial management and lending business of a cryptocurrency platform.
• Responsible for designing and managing industry-leading cryptocurrency financial products, including current, fixed income, derivatives, and structured financial products, etc.
• Responsible for the relevant liquidity management scheme of crypto currency financial products.
• Responsible for setting up business data indicators and designing optimization schemes according to business data.
• Responsible for financial capacity-building of financial business departments.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher, over 5 years experience in the financial field, and speak fluent English as the everyday language of business. Master's degree or higher from a well-known financial institution is highly desirable.
• Have in-depht knowledge and experience in financial business, design and management of fixed income, structured products, and financial derivatives of financial institutions such as banks, securities companies and asset management institutions.
• Be familiar with the main methods of asset liquidity management and have a good understanding of financial product risk control.
• Interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency with a desire to learn more about this industry as a long-term goal.
• Have an innovative mindset and be able to solve problems with creativity.
