As the Sales Manager, you will be strategising on how we should grow our corporate sales and provide valued insights and stories that showcase Nas Academy’s unique value proposition to businesses. Ideally, this candidate is also someone who is passionate and has knowledge about the cryptocurrency, NFTs and Web3 space.

About The Role

You will be part of the Corporate Partnerships and Sales team primarily focused on growing our corporate revenue. This role works closely with Partnerships and Curriculum globally.

What you will do

  • Researching and identifying leads
  • Increasing revenue through inbound and outbound activities including landing page optimisation, cold calling and emailing
  • Focus on our customers and strategically engage with them to achieve their desired outcomes
  • Collaborate cross functionally within Nas Academy to share insights and help us make better decisions
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and manage pipeline
  • Use data to make insightful decisions and improve processes

Experience Desired

  • 3 - 5 years working experience in sales, business development or partnerships capacity
  • Proven record of strategic intuition when assessing opportunities, optimizing processes, and excellence in execution
  • Understand the buying cycle of SMEs and large enterprise clients
  • Strong drive for results, while retaining a focus on consistently delivering a great customer experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while working with different stakeholders from different backgrounds
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, buying behaviours, and overcoming objections
  • A willingness to be hands on in the sales process
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and excellent grasp and instinct for quantitative and statistical tools and analyses
  • Operates at a high level of intensity, acting with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence
  • Entrepreneurial and a hands-on mentality with a strong bias towards action while working effectively in an innovative environment that values collaboration without ego
