JOB OBJECTIVE
Metalabs is a startup organization backed by one of the single largest real estate developers globally who are building a metaverse that will act as a platform where creators can tap into tools for gaming, Virtual Reality, NFTs and retail.

- The 3D Designer will be a key creator for METALABS collectible content creating high-quality artwork with compelling narratives for our NFT, digital and social requirements across platforms.
- Must be versatile and able to move quickly between illustration, motion graphics, and architecture-building to generate NFT art pieces.
- Concept Design and Art Asset Production: Character design, Environmental and Prop design for NFT projects
- Create three-dimensional models, animations, and visual effects to be used in various creative projects such as films, video games, and advertising campaigns and across the metaverse ecosystem.
- Creating special effects to match specific briefs using a combination of hand-drawing techniques and computer software.
- Bring new ideas to the table to help further develop our NFT collection by analyzing the trends and Sandbox’s Marketplace
- Generate creative ideas for digital collectibles, on-chain branded experiences, design relevant promotional materials for NFT launch
- Visualize storyboards to meet storytelling objectives and execute illustrations to final quality.Â
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.Â
- A highly artistic person with a passion for creative technologies
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree in Communication Design or Fine ArtsÂ
- 5+ years agency experience in the design, advertising or Production house
- Experience in Crypto, Metaverse, Blockchain, NFT spaceÂ
- Experience: 5 years freelance or in PH.Â
- Strong portfolio needed.Â
- Expertise in digital art created in both 2D and 3D along with 2D / 3D animation will be a plus point.
- Preferable proficiency with animation (Product, Particle, Character)
- Able to draw, paint and work on digital software in a variety of styles and mediums.
- Experience in Concept Art or Visual development for games, animation, media, or relevant industries.Â
- Exceptional drawing and design foundationÂ
- Solid understanding of form design, sketching, and composition.Â
- Strong painting foundation: Solid understanding of texture, lighting, and colors.Â
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite CC 2020 – AfterEffects, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, etc.Â
- Experience with Motion Graphics, Compositing, and editing in Adobe After Effects is advantageous.
- Experience with 3D pipeline with Autodesk Maya, 3Ds Max, Zbrush, C4D, Blender, MagicaVoxel, especially Voxedit is advantageous.
