The primary objective of this role is to lead and implement the delivery of HR strategies for the Global HR function. You will partner with the Leadership team to implement strategies relating to organizational development, Culture, Capability, Workforce Development, Learning, Wellbeing and Talent to meet the demands of the Company.

The Head of HR will provide strategic counsel to the functional leaders in the organization, helping them achieve business goals through effective human resource strategies and organizational capabilities. Ensuring and enabling our employees to understand how people decisions are made.

Requirements:

  • Manage global HR practices, adapt the overall HR strategy and operational plan for all regions (Amsterdam, Vietnam and Europe), through medium to long term strategic planning to ensure operational plans are aligned with company strategy.
  • Leading, training and developing our senior leaders in HR practices/policies, creating strategic goals for Human Resource to work towards and implementing change or giving review on progress when necessary.
  • Oversight of the development of regional HR policies and procedures is in line with the organizations international approach with a level of understanding of country specific legislation and regulations.
  • Partnering with the Leadership team and oversee the implementation of a culture of high performance and continuous learning aligned with the requirements of the strategic plan.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve performance and capability across the business through reviews, talent mapping, succession planning and leading the performance management process.
  • Develop human resource programs and identify/monitor key metrics to solve business problems that impact organizational effectiveness (e.g. improve productivity, reduce cost, increase engagement/retention)
  • Provide subject matter expertise in different areas such as: performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, employee relations, learning and development, employment laws and regulations
