About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Ecosystem to lead the growth, development, and strategic expansion of the Paal Ecosystem. This role blends product strategy, partnership development, and cross-functional leadership, acting as the connective tissue between internal teams and the broader Web2/Web3 community.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker—fluent in technology and business—with a proven ability to design and execute ecosystem-level strategies, build strategic partnerships, and drive long-term value across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Strategy & Growth
  • Define and execute a cohesive roadmap to grow the Paal Ecosystem across Web2 and Web3 verticals.
  • Identify and scale high-impact opportunities that add value to the ecosystem and elevate user engagement.
• Product Development Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to guide the development of both new and existing products.
  • Ensure ecosystem alignment with product vision, user needs, and market trends.
• Partnerships & Alliances
  • Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships with key Web2 and Web3 companies, platforms, and communities.
  • Drive co-marketing, co-development, and integration initiatives that enhance Paal’s market position.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a strategic liaison between product, marketing, sales, development, and community teams.
  • Translate ecosystem goals into actionable campaigns and product roadmaps.
• Value Creation & Optimization
  • Develop innovative models to create and extract value within and beyond the Paal ecosystem.
  • Analyze data, feedback, and industry signals to optimize product positioning and ecosystem health.
• Portfolio & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of initiatives and partnerships with clear accountability frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and external collaborators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a STEM field (Science, Tech, Engineering, Mathematics).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, product strategy, or ecosystem growth roles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong grasp of both Web2 and Web3 technologies, trends, and communities.
• Proven ability to design and lead strategic initiatives while executing multiple tactical tasks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in AI, blockchain, or emerging tech sectors.
• Prior work in fast-paced startups or ecosystem/platform companies.
• Familiarity with DAO, tokenomics, and decentralized governance structures.
