Lead developer outreach, standards advocacy, and community alignment to influence key decisions and standards in the area.
Participate in and organize technical conferences, hackathons, working groups, and roundtables with influential builders and protocol contributors.
Write technical articles, PR content, and thought pieces on topics such as wallet design, protocol architecture, and infra evolution.
Translate internal technical innovations into developer-friendly language and narratives that build external credibility.
Build a visible and credible personal presence as a DevRel—becoming the bridge between the team and the broader ecosystem.
Requirements:
Have a deep understanding of the wallet ecosystem, including account abstraction, smart contract wallets, signature schemes, and security models.
Are familiar with the Ethereum technical community, EIP process, and the Layer2/Rollup landscape.
Possess a strong technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering and can engage meaningfully with engineers in architecture and protocol discussions.
Are capable of producing high-quality content (writing, public speaking, podcasts) and can communicate clearly and with conviction.
Have experience organizing or contributing to standards discussions, working groups, or inter-project collaborations.
Are confident in navigating public forums and can handle complex conversations and high-stakes situations with poise.

Perks & Benefits:
