We are seeking passionate, dedicated people to join as Community Growth Manager. As the Community Growth Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow the community team from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing the partnerships and conversations with our community that will drive user engagement and spark exciting conversations over the coming years.
·Be responsible for managing crypto-native company channels such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram and more.
·Implement thoughtful social media strategies to increase engagement & followers
·Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner
·Build relationships with the online community
·Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership
·Develop effective marketing and brand communication plans and campaigns to expand Popoo’s digital footprint and brand awareness
·Generate and maintain a conversation in all communities.
·Set up, build and manage community accounts of platforms like Reddit and other relevant applications.
·Respond to comments and users queries in a timely manner
·Monitor and report on feedback and online comments and reviews
·Lead experiments that help scale our community programs and their impact
·Report on the health of our community servers, and make recommendations for improvement
·Responsible for managing all moderators on communities
·Building and executing a strategy to drive community growth and engagement
·Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
·Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications team members and suppliers to ensure brand consistency
·Liaise with Development and Business Development departments to stay updated on new products and features
·Build relationships with users, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
Deep understanding of web3, ideally with a focus on NFTs and GameFi communities
A passion for decentralization and blockchain technology, building and nurturing online communities
3+ years of experience in community management or related field
Proven track record of building and engaging communities
Strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem and its key players
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with social media management and analytics tools
Advanced level of English proficiency - both written and spoken
High levels of emotional intelligence support intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and dynamic conversation to creatively structure partnerships in different ways
