Qualifications

5-10 years of proven experience in environmental, experiential, or spatial design, with a link to an online portfolio showing your award-worthy work Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Cadtools and 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar) Expertise in designing physical environments, sets, and displays with a balance of form and function Ability to create stunning visuals with simulated materials and lighting using rendering software Strong understanding of adherence to brand identity standards and third-party IP usage guidelines Ability and willingness to adapt to rapidly changing client priorities and budget scenarios Confidence to clearly articulate design decisions to internal teams and clients Flexibility to work independently and be a team player when necessary Experience working with fabrication shops and specialty vendors Passion for staying ahead of design trends and best practices A well-organized and detail-oriented work ethic

Considerations

Base salary range in New York, NY: $75,000 - $90,000 annually This represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Hybrid schedule: Office in New York, NY with 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) weekly.
