Our mission is to build a standardized and scalable metaverse framework that:

We are looking for a skilled Metaverse 3D Designer to build and enhance the 3D environments for Doggverse — a core infrastructure product enabling secure and seamless interaction between wallets and decentralized applications in the TON ecosystem. With your expertise, we aim to scale the protocol, improve security and performance, and deliver a reliable experience to millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and ship 3D environments with clean assets and distribution.
• Build core metaverse flows: land grids (118x118), dog-themed avatars, and stable 3D connections.
• Deliver assets & history: models, textures, NFTs, and accurate previews/emulation.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability; maintain robust automated tests and sample integration apps.

Requirements:

• 5+ years 3D design with Blender/Maya or similar (Unity experience a plus).
• Strong modeling & texturing, coroutines/Flow, long-lived assets (SSE/WebSocket-like), retry/backoff; background/lifecycle mastery.
• Offline-first persistence: asset databases, schema/versioning, data caching.
• Security fundamentals: secure asset handling, hardware-backed keys.
• Performance & quality: profiling, unit/integration tests, CI.
• Clear technical communication in English.

Nice-to-have:

• Web3/TON exposure: 3D NFTs, signing, tokens/jettons, TON Connect/WalletConnect, TonCenter v3.
• Event-driven/reliable messaging: queues, retries, idempotency, offline event stores.
• Auth UX: Biometrics, passkeys/FIDO2, secure session design.
• Telemetry/analytics for 3D assets; open-source contributions.
• Deep integration with TON mini apps.
