Let’s go!Your mission As a Senior Motion Designer for Product, you will play a pivotal role in crafting dynamic, engaging, and delightful experiences that elevate our products and bring joy to millions of users. You’ll combine your creative expertise with technical proficiency to design animations, transitions, micro-interactions, and motion graphics that resonate with our users and align with our product vision. Your work will span content creation and UI design, helping us build a cohesive and delightful user experience across all touchpoints. Whether it’s creating stunning demo videos or seamless motion patterns for our design system components, your goal will be to captivate users and make every interaction a memorable one. What you’ll do 

Design Delightful Motion Experiences: Create animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance usability and bring delight to users, ensuring they align with Bitpanda’s brand and tone of voice. Video Production: Produce high-quality motion graphics and demo videos that communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, showcasing new features and products. Enhance the Design System: Develop reusable motion design components and guidelines to be integrated into our design system, maintaining consistency across products and platforms. Ensure that motion and visual assets align with and enhance the existing design system and our brand. Prototype and Validate: Build motion prototypes to test concepts and gather feedback, and hand off motion specs to engineering teams and Inspire and mentor your colleagues and peers whilst staying at the forefront of trends in motion graphics, video production, and visual design. Continuously improve the quality of motion and visual assets, incorporating modern, innovative approaches to elevate the overall user experience. Asset Production: Create static visuals such as iconography, illustrations, and UI elements to complement motion content. Define Standards: Establish best practices for motion design, setting the bar for quality, and maintaining a cohesive product identity across animated and static content.

Who you are 

Proven experience in a Motion Designer or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics, video production, and visual design work for digital products. You understand how motion design contributes to usability, accessibility, and user delight, and you apply these principles to your work. You are highly skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator), Figma, Lottie, or other motion design tools and polished in animations, transitions, and visuals, ensuring every piece aligns with the product’s identity. Experience in working within or contributing to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability of motion and visual elements. You have a passion for financial products. Experience in fintech or a high-growth tech environment is a plus. You stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies, always looking for ways to improve your craft and contribute to a forward-thinking team. What’s in it for you
