About the role
As the Ecosystem Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the Injective ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with various teams, nurturing relationships with key partners, and ensuring the success of ecosystem projects through effective marketing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across Ecosystem, Community, and Marketing teams to establish marketing standards, frameworks, and content to support the Injective ecosystem.
- Create and implement a holistic ecosystem marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with ecosystem projects and strengthening relationships with key partners by understanding their needs, roadmaps, and the support required from the Injective marketing team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely development, approval, and execution of marketing programs, and measure their effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to create marketing strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of partner events, webinars, and other marketing programs to enhance engagement.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to drive and enhance partner engagement.
- Create and manage budgets for priority marketing projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- At least 4+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the blockchain, crypto, or fintech sectors.
- Strong understanding of ecosystem marketing and partner relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchains and other Web 3.0 technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
