The LUKSO Tech Team is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing & Technical Communications to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies for Universal Profiles and LUKSO’s revolutionary smart contract standards (LSPs). This role will focus on nurturing a vibrant ecosystem for all participants of the New Creative Economies, while also attracting top-tier developers.We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who can stay on top of industry trends, leveraging them to build an engaged community as well as spotlight LUKSO's technology within the Web3 space, by overseeing comprehensive marketing and communications efforts aligned with our project's vision and objectives. We’re focused on bringing blockchain technology to its next frontier with new tools and standards that are revolutionising the way the world interacts with blockchain. Establishing a clear growth marketing strategy around Universal Profiles (UPs), LUKSO Standard Proposals (LSPs) in the LUKSOs ecosystem, including identifying and defining target user and developer personas.  Set up and work within a budget plan for marketing and communication initiatives. Implement a communications strategy, leveraging existing networks with media outlets and your industry knowledge. Establish a KPI tracking system in collaboration with the Head of Partnerships to measure ecosystem and community growth and strength. Collaborate across teams to ensure marketing and communications objectives are in sync with technical development and product releases.

A background like this helps:

Proven leadership in senior marketing roles within blockchain or Web3 projects. Successful track record in community building and engagement within the blockchain, Web3 space or/and the Ethereum ecosystem. Strong strategic mindset aligning marketing efforts with project vision and objectives. Extensive experience in managing outward-facing communications, media relations, and collaborations. Autonomous with leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of blockchain, Web3 technologies, and excellent communication skills.
