Web3 Marketing Lead (B2B/PR focus) (Remote)

We are looking for:


A hands on Marketing Lead (ideally B2B-oriented) with 3-5 years of professional experience who is passionate about branding, storytelling and knows how to talk numbers. Ideally, you are skilled in leveraging brand and PR in order to increase Keyrock brand equity among both traditional financial institutions as the ever growing Web3 space. Your core mission will be to put Keyrock's brand top of mind as thought leaders in the digital asset space and change the perception of Keyrock from being a leading market participant to being perceived as a market driver and innovator. An ideal candidate is a versatile "growth hacker", with high-level understanding of tech tools supporting marketing, capable of conceptualising and executing innovative ways of building our brand recognition and acquiring customers.

Job description:

  • You will be responsible for the operational execution of Keyrock's global marketing strategy. Ranging from conference marketing to online marketing funnel optimizations.

  • Design and execution of growth hacking experiments to continuously refine the ways we build our brand and acquire customers

  • Website, social channels management

  • Content creation and management

  • PR and event/sponsorship management

  • Marketing Performance Reporting and analytics


Competences and skills

  • Good understanding of DeFi and decentralised projects ecosystem

  • Strong social media knowledge with a focus on Twitter, Discord and LinkedIn.

  • Project management and communication skills including the ability to oversee implementation of complex projects

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution

  • Understanding of sales process and public relations dynamics and ability to translate it into action plan within realms of digital assets and DeFi

  • Operational excellence

  • Strong analytical capabilities under pressure

  • Team player

  • Able to thrive in an autonomous environment

  • General good understanding of capital markets is a strong plus

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills,fluent in written and spoken English

  • Have a minimum of 3 year of professional experience within the field of marketing and/or at least 1 year professional experience in the digital asset space
