Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap, aligning it with company vision and strategic priorities
• Drive end-to-end product development – from discovery and scoping through launch and scaling
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify customer needs and industry trends
• Translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories for engineering teams
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver developments on time
• Monitor product performance, define product metrics and KPIs, and use data to drive continuous improvements
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment 
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Stay on top of developments in blockchain, crypto regulation, and fintech innovation

Main qualification, skills and experience:

• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto, or a related tech field
• Solid understanding of blockchain, crypto assets, stablecoins, wallets, exchanges, or DeFi ecosystems
• Proven track record of shipping complex digital products in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in an agile, startup-like setting
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in crypto and financial products (a strong plus)
• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams (a plus)
