We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated People Partnering Intern to assist our People Partnering department with project and operations related tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

HR Business Partnering Support: Collaborate with People Business Partners on employee engagement, talent development and performance management initiatives. Data Management and Reporting – Support HR data analysis and reporting to provide insights for decision-making. Employee Relations and Engagement – Assist in Disciplinary and Performance related cases and employee connects Project Support – Contribute to People process enhancements and support on projects like EWS, PMS, DEI etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Master’s degree in human resources or related field. Must be enthusiastic and have good English communication skills (oral and written). Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferable Must have the ability to work as part of a team
