Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Opportunity Identification:

Identify and evaluate crypto exchanges (Indian and global) specializing in spot market trading.

Analyze their potential to integrate and benefit from Delta Exchange’s derivatives offerings.

Strategic Partnership Development:

Initiate and drive discussions with spot market exchanges to explore partnership opportunities.

Develop tailored proposals and partnership frameworks to meet mutual business goals.

Meeting Coordination:

Organize and facilitate meetings between prospective partners and senior management

Prepare briefs, presentations, and talking points for effective engagement.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with partnered exchanges, ensuring successful onboarding and collaboration.

Serve as the primary contact for managing partnerships and addressing any concerns or requirements.

Market Trends & Insights:

Stay updated on global crypto industry trends, with a focus on spot and derivatives markets.

Share insights and opportunities to enhance Delta Exchange's strategic positioning.

• Crypto Knowledge: A solid understanding of spot and derivatives markets in the crypto space.
• Business Development Skills: Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and establish partnerships.
• Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage global partnerships effectively.
• Experience: Preferred background in business development, partnerships, or crypto-focused roles; freshers with strong crypto knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
