What we're looking for

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Events Lead to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of global and regional events for the TON ecosystem. This role goes beyond coordination, you’ll be responsible for shaping TON’s event strategy, ensuring every activation reflects our brand values, engages the community, and strengthens our position within Web3 and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Support regional hubs in planning, organizing, and executing events of various formats and goals.
• Develop detailed event concepts and programs tailored to each hub's needs and target audience.
• Collaborate with hub team members to ensure events align with local objectives and TON Society standards.
• Interaction with event speakers, partners, sponsors to ensure their seamless participation.
• Work closely with designers to create high-quality event materials, including banners, presentations, and social media graphics.
• Coordinate logistics such as travel, accommodation, and on-site arrangements for speakers and participants.
• Assist hubs with managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with allocated resources.
• Supervise on-site event execution in collaboration with local teams, ensuring smooth operations and problem resolution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in international event management (tech, fintech, or ideally Web3/blockchain)
• Proven experience managing teams and external agencies/contractors at least 2 years
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• Ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously under pressure
• Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain ecosystems (experience with TON is a strong plus)
• Fluent English (B2+ required)
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally to lead events
