We are looking for an Art Director to join the marketing team. The Art Director will be an integral part of managing and steering the direction of the Avalanche brand.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead internal teams and partner with external agencies to develop the Art direction for the Avalanche brand that cohesively brings together the brand mission, vision, and voice
- Collaborate with other departments in the company and own campaigns
- Develop and execute the visual art communication for the company, providing art direction to build awareness and grow our presence in the industry
- Streamline processes and accelerate team's output
- Elevate current design capabilities
- Have a deep understanding of our brand values and working >
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience managing a team
- Proven track record of delivery in rapid pace/high-growth environments
- Experience working cross-functionally teams
- Must have mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
- Experience with UI/UX design
- Experience with vendor management, brand marketing
- Creative and curious mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Nice to have: experience with Monday.com/similar project management tool and Figma
