Responsibilities
- Lead global TA systems and tools management
- Work directly with recruiting leadership, cross functional teams to determine the priorities around what tools and systems will be required to deliver successful TA delivery
- Work closely with Crypto.com’s internal Tech team to ensure all systems and tools align to company policy
- Create large scale organisational change and transformation programs to drive adoption and system usage
- Staying up to date with tools and next generation TA technology
- Design tools implementation programs to optimise and scale technology solutions
- 8+ years in recruiting technology and tools management
- Deep understanding of how systems and tools enable team development and capabilities
- Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to translate vision into action;
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.
- Experience in delivering large-scale technology transformations and implementation
