We are seeking a KOL Manager with deep experience blockchain and crypto space. This role will be a core part of our dynamic partnerships team, responsible for developing and overseeing KOL strategies and campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate is a crypto native - a true "degen" - who lives and breathes this industry, with a proven track record of success in past KOL outreach and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of client projects
From initial strategy development through execution, you need to own client work streams including all communications with clients, internal teams, and third parties as well as conduct the needed project management and negotiations to deliver KOLs department services.
More specifically, the work includes:
Being client facing and understanding their goals and needs. Crafting KOLfocused strategies that help them grow from A to Z (from KOLs audits, budgeting, distribution time lapse, channels etc)
Handling KOL rounds end to end including handling budgets, negotiation, payments etc and providing strategic guidance for clients
Implementing those strategies by connecting clients with selected KOLs, facilitating conversations to get them to conclusions.
Managing those conversations to keep them moving and up to date across clients and teams - clients, internal teams, partners.
Utilizing a variety of tools to manage projects, contacts, and results (most importantly)reporting to clients.
identifying kols and partners and building hypes direct network is important to include.

2+ years previous relevant experience in KOL outreach, campaigns, strategy
Crypto native - detailed knowledge of the landscape, experience working in the industry in at least one previous role
