Overview
Our client is seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy and drive growth in the dynamic Web3 and blockchain industry. This role is crucial for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Web3 or blockchain, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer insights.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with ecosystem partners, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that drive business outcomes.
- Brand Management: Protect and enhance the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistent information delivery and visual representation across all touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing plans, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to ensure a strong online presence.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities, and use data to drive decision-making.
What You Will Need
- Preference for candidates with 2+ years of experience in Web3 or blockchain, a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with brand operating models and understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills, with 3+ years of team-building experience, and the ability to effectively motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans as a strategic thinker.
- Sensitivity to market/brand and consumer trends.
