About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team. You will help with our product design-related efforts, including user research, prototyping, testing, and iterating on appealing and consistent UX for our products.

You will also have the opportunity to translate the Nansen product's UI/UX in line with our brand into digital assets, motion, and an engaging experience for community interaction. In addition, you will work closely with our Engineering FrontEnd and Marketing dept.

This is a full-time remote position.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working on the frontend of our core product.

This includes:

• Collaboratingwith the core team to conceptualize, refine and implement thoughtful interfaces and user experiences
• Working with Product and Engineering to ship designs in time and ensure iterations and features go live withhigh-qualityvisuals and experience
• Producingfastconcept designs to ensure alignment across teams
• Taking theleadindeveloping and maintainingthe Nansen Design System
• Identifyingnew product improvement opportunities
• Modifying and revising existing designs to meet changing customer preferences

Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

• Proven 3+ yearswork experienceas a Product Designer, ideally at fintech/crypto start-ups
• Product orientation:you get things done in a small team and drive to release the best product possible
• Users first:you want to get users' qualitative feedback directly, and you can analyze user feedback quantitatively
• Thoroughunderstandingof design systems and experience working with and applying them
• Experience withdesktop-first responsive, pixel-perfect web design for different screen sizes (mobile, tablet, and desktop)
