We are looking for aStrategy & Operations Analyst / Headwho is curious and comfortable with cryptocurrencies and wishes to gain more experience working in a Blockchain start-up. The candidate will work directly with the founders of the company and will help shape the overall strategy and direction of our product launch.

Roles and responsibilities

• Conduct detailed competitor analysis and structure insightful and actionable recommendations on our product positioning, development, and how we onboard users
• Model protocol tokenomics, review structures of layer 1 blockchains to guide market best practices
• Develop surveys and evaluate outputs to identify data-driven product development opportunities and pricing strategies
• Schedule touchpoints for all workstreams to connect and effectively execute Phase I of our product launch
• Streamline and study internal processes using data and frameworks.
• Contribute to the execution and enhancement of the Company’s internal and external strategy
• Experience in financial modeling and accounting.

Requirement

• Undergraduate Degree (minimum), 0-5 years of experience
• Prior experience in Strategy / Consulting
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Extremely strong written and oral communication skills
• Meticulous and analytical thinker
• Excellent Microsoft Excel Modeling skills, experience with APIs/VBA
• Strong work ethics, detail oriented and a passion for excellence
