We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer : Minimum experience 4+ years to join our team and contribute to the development of our back office system. As a Python Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable and efficient system capable of handling a large volume of data using the databases provided by Amazon Web Services (such as Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift and etc).

Design, develop, and optimize Python-based applications, modules, and components to ensure high performance and scalability

Implement efficient data models and schema design in the database to store and retrieve a large volume of financial and operational data.

Develop robust APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

Implement data processing and batch jobs to handle data transformations, aggregations, and calculations efficiently.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to high-load systems and data processing.

Strong experience in Python development, including proficiency in Python frameworks (such as Django or Flask) and libraries commonly used in high-load systems.

Experience working with databases provided by AWS or other columnar databases, including optimizing queries and managing large datasets.

Knowledge of distributed computing concepts, caching mechanisms, and message queue systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in a high-load system.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Experience with data processing frameworks and tools, such as Apache Spark or Apache Kafka.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and data modeling concepts.

This role requires minimum experience of 4+ years in to Python Development.
