Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Sharia principles
• Fluent Arabic speaker
• Proven Web3 experience
• Proactive vision with the drive to innovate and lead
• Leadership experience not less than 5 years
• Experience as a C-level executive in Marketing not less than 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy (long and short term) for all products
• Set up marketing goals, OKRs for marketing department
• Contribute to the overall growth of the company (brand awareness, community growth)
• Review and manage content marketing strategy
• Determine KPIs for the marketing department
• Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports to CEO and board of directors
• Marketing budget planning and control
• Work with sales and development teams as well as Product and Technology
• Leverage analytics to identify and track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive ongoing awareness and adoption
