As a General Affairs Specialist at Presto
You will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining the operational foundation of our new entity in Hong Kong. This position is central to ensuring our office operates seamlessly, aligning with local regulations, and supporting our team with administrative and organizational needs. You will collaborate across teams to create an efficient, compliant, and welcoming work environment that enables Presto to thrive in the Hong Kong market.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Hong Kong office, including procurement and vendor coordination.
- Manage documentation, meetings, travel arrangements, and employee visa processes.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong laws and renew licenses and permits as required.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, maintain records, and support payroll processes.
- Manage office maintenance, safety, and security measures.
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and handle special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, office management, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative tools.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin.
- Able to work fully onsite in our Hong Kong office.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws, visa processes, and regulatory requirements.
