About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop & execute the company's growth strategies through marketing activities to drive: user acquisition, revenue growth across the channels.
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for both user acquisition, conversion & retention.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization (business development, product marketing, product, legal, finance...) to design, deploy, manage & measure marketing initiatives.
- Define and monitor KPI's, analysis of all campaigns, including tracking of performance and budget management.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the marketing field (including both client or agency), growth marketing or related role.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of driving user & revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and staying on top of emerging trends in blockchain industry, advertising or marketing.
- Experience and expertise in blockchain field preferred.
