Hi there! We’re looking for a Community Moderator who has experience with providing management skills and setting support to our client´s Discord and Telegram Communities and is responsible and able to manage and set up the communications, to become part of our client´s team.

Reporting to: Hong Kong

Engagement: 40 hrs/week (8 hrs/day)

About the position...

For this position, you’ll be working on providing management and assistance with Discord and Telegram Combot settings. This is the perfect role for someone keen and professional in Discord and Telegram.

The Community Moderator’s tasks will provide the following Services [and Deliverable(s)] but not limited to the following:

● Management of the global Telegram and Discord community (Management), which includes the following duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

● Setting up and provide support to Discord and Telegram;

● Providing strategic planning of community engagement;

● Answering the various inquiries from investors and/or community members in an excellent polished manner

● Safeguarding the community against posting of other promotional materials of other tokens;

● Keeping the positive vibe within the community and deleting messages that can cause

Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt from within the community members;

● Helping the Development team to always spot negative, incorrect, scam messages and take reaction and report to the team immediately;

● Ban and Kick spambots and community members;

● Maintaining good relationships with the community members;

● Regularly posting announcements that are from the Development team and constantly reminding the community about the announcements;

● Providing Summary Report of observations and suggestions about the community to the Development team

● Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management

• Knowledgeable in cryptocurrency (at least 1 year)
• Knowledgeable in Telegram, Discord, Twitter setting and management
• Fluent in English; advanced and polished oral and written communication skills
