As Cake’s Treasury and FP&A Manager/Specialist, you’ll join the Finance Team and be responsible for providing ongoing assistance in the development of banking relationship, helping to manage treasury operations and processes globally, and driving the execution of the Treasury Strategy. On top of that, you would be taking ownership of the FP&A function. As a part of the starting team, there’ll be a huge potential for growth opportunities and career development. Specifically, you will take part in the day-to-day management of treasury functions and will have daily involvement in Cake’s cash management process. It will also stretch to encompass strategic elements such as identifying and developing solutions to mitigate financial risks faced by Cake Group. You will also own the budgeting and FP&A function. You will be self-starter and a go-getter who embraces all opportunities to learn and add value. Key Responsibilities

• Setting up bank accounts and manage relationships with bank representatives during transaction activities to ensure the profile of Cake is maintained and strengthened.
• Developing Treasury Policy and Strategy to mitigate potential treasury risks
• Support in the assessment and analysis of Cake's cash flow on a short, medium and long term basis to ensure that the group has adequate funding lines/liquidity
• Obtain thorough understanding of the various Transactional Banking platforms.
• Manage bank fees and related charges incurred by Cake to ensure the efficiency of the business fund flows
• Processing daily payments
• Monthly bank and wallet reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation and upkeep of proper audit/balance sheet schedules
• Ownership of FP&A function
• Work with other teams to improve overall processes
• Work on other ad-hoc finance assignments

Qualifications / Experiences

• Possess an accounting/finance/banking degree from reputable university, or degree qualified with a CA/CPA qualification
• Passion for crypto industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a demonstrable bias towards action and execution
• Enjoys high-growth environments, and approaches challenges with a growth mindset
• Experiences in Corporate Treasury, financial or professional services and global businesses that are complex and fast-paced
• Prior experience with Treasury settlements of FX, Deposits, Interest rates, Inter-Company funding flows
• Strong technical background and keen awareness of industry regulation update and news
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• This role would be primarily based in Singapore. However, candidates from Cayman Islands and BVI are welcomed to apply as well.
