A web3 investment of ours, whose mission is to build a tokenized world where all value can flow freely at the best prices and with the lowest transaction costs, is looking for a Growth PM. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and scaling their consumer product, a peer-to-peer trading platform for tokens across multiple decentralized exchanges (DEXs).

For this opportunity, I'd like to connect with candidates who have at least 3+ years of Growth PM experience with consumer products (you've taken a product from 0 to scale), preferably in crypto, fin-tech startups or gaming.

Initially, this person would be managing one direct report, with the possibility of expanding the team down the road. The hiring manager for this role is based in the Bay Area, but they're a remote-first company.
