As a Marketing Assistant at Figment, you will manage and coordinate our marketing tasks working closely with our marketing and sales team.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Organize and curate marketing and sales materials
• Coordinating, drafting, editing, and proofreading content for both internal and external inquiries/requests
• Conduct research, compile information, and collect metrics from various sources to produce draft reports, documents, and presentations
• Manage our systems for content archiving
• Assist in keeping the website up to date
• Managing our weekly newsletters
• Compile social/web analytics and customer stats / reports

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and balance multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Google Workspaces / Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with graphics & Adobe Suite
• Experience with content & sales marketing
• Experience with segmentation and sending newsletter campaigns

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of Crypto and blockchain
• Knowledge of SEO
• Figma / WebFlow / Newsletter Platforms
