We are looking for a Community Manager, Europe who will be an integral part of building and maintaining our community. We are seeking someone who is passionate about web3 and willing to host small to mid sized events near/at universities. The ideal candidate has a strong web3 network and will maintain a constant online presence with an emphasis on Twitter/Spaces. This is a part time position with full time potential.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and grow the AVAX community via Discord and Twitter
- Host virtual and live events to build brand awareness and engagement
- Host and attend multiple spaces throughout the day
- Attend web3 events in Europe
- Be extremely active on social media
- Network and engage community members at all levels (devs, users, etc)
- Intro and onboard builders and communities to AVAX
- Coordinate alongside your team on a daily basis
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Minimum of 1+ years of demonstrated experience in Community Management.
- Strong work ethic committed to working 20 hours per week
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on new skill sets
- Established Web3 Network
- Fluent in English
- Above all must enjoy hanging out with the community and team, engaging throughout the day
NICE TO HAVE
- Proficient in other languages
- Understanding of web3 adjacent cultures (gaming, DeFi, Trading/Alpha, hobbyist)
