We are looking for a Community Manager located in the Netherlands to join the Community. This particular role will be an integral part of building and maintaining our community in the Netherlands. We are seeking someone who will help drive the future of the industry and keep learning.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and grow the Netherlands community via Telegram, social media, etc. and provide support with answering any questions
- Translate any and all announcements on Telegram, Twitter, and other social platforms
- Ensure that marketing and brand strategy are localized and adjusted for the Netherlands audience
- Help to set up local and virtual events that interact with the Netherlands market including hosting virtual Avalanche AMAâs and meetups to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Proactively outreach to new business leads and products to deploy on Avalanche
- Bring any and all business development leads to our Business Development team including but not limited to projects within DeFi, Gaming, Institutions, Enterprises, and NFTs
- Stay informed on trends in your area
- Monitor and report feedback
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Minimum of 1+ years of demonstrated experience in Leadership, Teaching, or Community Management.
- Deep immersion in one of the cultures (e.g., DeFi, Gaming, Trading/Alpha), bonus for connections for partnerships and collaborations
- A desire to learn, grow, and take on new skillsets
- Above all must enjoy hanging out with the community and engaging with others
