The Role 

Your Profile 

Key Requirements

• Fluent English 
• 4+ years of experience working as a Legal Counsel or in-house lawyer in international companies 
• Experience with cross-border contracts negotiations, related to business and IT contracts (NDA, Master Services Agreement, service providers, partnerships, marketing, IP licensing etc)
• Knowledge of Privacy laws with great understanding of data protection in Europe and USA 
• Knowledge of Compliance rules including AML and KYC policies
• Proficiency in consumer law, especially in B2C and C2C online marketplaces

It's great (but not necessary) if you also have:

• Corporate law knowledge (joint ventures, intercompany contracts, shareholders agreement…)
• Previous experience, or Interest in blockchain/crypto and gaming industries

Your tasks
• Reviewing various types of legal contracts 
• Creating and updating legal framework (legal documents for the game store or marketplace, contract templates for partners etc.)
• Handling any type of inquiries or questions from Ultra Team (business, marketing, HR, product, development, tech support etc.)
• Monitoring regulatory changes impacting Ultra
