As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a campaign lead to help drive innovative digital campaigns.

This role is a leadership position for someone with 1-3 years of experience running influencer campaigns for fast-growing startups and brands.

You will be comfortable working with the leading companies and influencers in the cryptocurrency space and have a good understanding of how to build impactful cross-channel influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing global influencer campaigns across multiple clients

• Building out processes for campaigns

• Developing relationships with key influencers

• Liaising with clients on a weekly basis

• Working closely with community, growth and creative teams

• Consistent reporting across client campaigns

• Keeping on top of current blockchain marketing trends

• Helping the executive team develop client pitches

• Inspiring junior team members

Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000 USD per year
20% quarterly bonus available depending on team and company performance

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience leading tech, fintech or crypto influencer campaigns

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A deep understanding of the campaign creation and delivery

• The ability to be immersed in new projects

• The ability to work on multiple projects across clients
