We are excited to announce new advancements in our W3B WAVE initiative, the first dedicated talent pool devoted to the crypto industry in the Netherlands. Originally launched in collaboration with Deribit, we are now thrilled to welcome Bitvavo to our program. All three organizations share a deep commitment to nurturing and developing talent, specifically within the crypto domain. Together, we are confident that our combined efforts will effectively nurture and support the next generation of professionals pursuing a career in this dynamic field. 

Together, we are hosting another event on 21 May. If you are a student or recent graduate with a passion for crypto, eager to dive into the digital assets space, and looking to develop a career in trading or technology, join our unique talent pool and secure your spot. 

Agenda Highlights: Six experts will host sessions on the concept of OTC, the role of tech in crypto, job application
optimization as well as share insights, discuss career opportunities, and answer your questions.
