About Us:

Solana Name Service (sns.id) is the most integrated Web3 domain name service on Solana. We are looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Lead to help us advance our strategic initiatives and grow the SNS brand. Come join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute long-term marketing plans that align with SNS’ growth objectives, ensuring brand alignment across all marketing activities.
2. Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders and proactively manage them to maintain a strong presence across the industry.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to define SNS’s brand identity, narrative, and positioning for potential new domain holders as well as existing users.
4. Drive product adoption and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and conferences.
5. Develop awareness marketing and drive engagement with SNS.
6. Establish KPIs and utilise analytics tools to create an analytics-driven growth culture and measure effectiveness of growth initiatives
7. Expand SNS’s reach within and across the Solana community

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in devising and managing successful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the broader crypto ecosystem, and a belief in the growth potential of Solana. Specific familiarity with Solana is a plus.
• Strong content creation skills, with experience managing a content pipeline across various platforms.
• Extensive network and connections within the crypto ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in cross-team collaboration and working with external partners to build strong relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
