We, at Polysynth, are looking for a skilled HR intern who will be responsible for carrying out various HR related activities and report them to management for effective and efficient administrative activities.

About Us: Polysynth is a multi-chain, decentralised platform for trading derivatives such as perpetual futures and options. We are the first perpetual futures exchange on Polygon. We have raised funds from Jump Capital, Defi Alliance, Hashed, Brevan Howard and prominent crypto billionaires like Sandeep Nailwal & Jaynti Kanani.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates with respective interview committee members
• Maintain employee records according to policy
• Monitor and report employee productivity and performance on weekly basis
• Conduct employee 1:1 with their managers and prepare bi-weekly summary
• Conduct monthly performance review and prepare monthly report
• Any other task as identified by management

Pre-requisites:

• Past experience as HR is a plus
• Academic / Practical knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
• HR Credentials (e.g. from the HR Certification Institute)
