Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB) is a fully managed service that accelerates customers' ability to create and leverage scalable blockchain technology for current and innovative business use cases across Decentralized Finance, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Payments, Financial Services, Identity, Supply Chain, and more. We are looking for a senior engineering leader to grow the team and efficiently execute to deliver new services in this rapidly evolving and broad landscape of blockchain technology.

We are looking for a candidate that is obsessed with delivering the most customer-centric experiences on the planet, showing proven success in ownership, bias for action, thinking big, and hiring and developing successful teams. This leader will need to exhibit excellent judgment, prioritizing between existing versus new customers and between features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence. We are looking for strong owners who are comfortable with challenging and ambiguous goals. The candidate will have a track record delivering outstanding products at scale in emerging spaces, and is passionate about blockchain, distributed systems, and cloud scale software. Ideally you will have experience delivering products or innovations in the blockchain space, and in particular DeFi, NFTs, or Payments.
