Talent Lead

As a Talent Lead, you’ll craft and execute our Talent Acquisition strategy across Shakepay, with a focus on candidate experience and maintaining a consistently strong talent pipeline across all open roles. In this role, you’ll have the chance to help contribute to and maintain the Shakepay culture as we enter a time of rapid growth! Reporting to our People & Culture Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and lead our recruiting team, managing the end to end recruitment cycle across all departments.

As Talent Lead, you will be responsible for managing the attraction and engagement of all inbound and outbound applications, creating an exceptional candidate experience.
