About the Team:
The Finance function at Okcoin is responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, platform operations, customer support assistance, financial reporting, cost management, and financial infrastructure support to drive the overall growth of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the AP Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the accounting team focusing on accurately and timely recording company expenses into the accounting system. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Process various invoice and expense reimbursement types accurately and efficiently for our divisions in the accounting system
- Compute and apply basic mathematical functions (percentages, decimals and prorated amounts)
- Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers
- Research and resolve inquiries for vendors and internal business units
- Assist with reconciliation of vendor statements and aging review
- Assist with preparing data file uploads
- Perform special assignments as required by management
