At Darwins, we build applications connecting people to Web3. We are looking for a Blockchain Developer to join our startup team in Irvine, CA (USA) to help develop a decentralized finance application. The ideal candidate is a self-inspired individual who is passionate about blockchain technologies’ disruptive potential.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to achieve feature development milestones within the set time frames
- Design, develop, program, test, debug and maintain smart contracts code for a decentralized application
- Apply the latest cryptography techniques to protect digital transaction data against cyberattacks and information hacks
- Evaluate scalability, security, performance and gas optimization of the decentralized application
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure code quality
- Collaborate with the team on planning and implementing frictionless user experiences
- Proficient in smart contracts written in Solidity
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong Ethereum knowledge base:
- (EIPs, DeFi, L2, ETH2, NFTs and DAOs)
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
